This notice explains how Rise Up Labs LLC handles information on riseuplabs.app. Products and other websites linked from this site have their own information practices.

Information we collect and use

When you visit, our hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser details and diagnostic information. We use this information to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and protect it.

We use website analytics to understand visits and link use. These records can include pages visited, visit time, referring site, approximate location, and browser and device information. We also count actions such as opening a case study, starting an email inquiry or copying our email address. These counts do not tell us whether an email was sent or a project was commissioned.

We exclude query strings and page fragments from website analytics, along with designated review and test visits. These exclusions do not apply to hosting or security logs. Email message content is not included in website analytics.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and project details. We use it to review and respond to your inquiry.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, website analytics, security monitoring and email. Hosting and security providers process technical request and diagnostic information; analytics providers process visit and interaction information; email providers process messages and contact information.

Retention

We retain inquiry messages without a routine deletion schedule. If you request deletion, we will delete your inquiry from our mailbox. Copies in providers’ backup or security systems may remain under their retention policies.

Our diagnostic-log archive is configured for 30-day retention. Analytics reports are available for 12 months; report availability does not establish when every underlying record is deleted. Other hosting records have separate retention periods, including some technical records without a defined expiry.
